Woburn - the central Scarborough working community

Woburn is a large central Scarborough community bounded approximately by Eglinton Avenue East to the south, Ellesmere Road to the north, Markham Road to the east and McCowan Road to the west. The City of Toronto profiles it as part of 'Golfdale-Cedarbrae-Woburn' (CDN 141), designated as a Neighbourhood Improvement Area. Woburn is one of the largest residential communities in Scarborough and one of the most ethnically diverse parts of the city, with strong Tamil, South Asian, Caribbean and African Canadian communities.
